Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up by appointment only at either or our Wisconsin locations- Wauzeka WI 53826
and Onalaska WI 54650. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Rates
Shipping times will vary for made to order items. Items that are purchased from the store page are sold as is and will be shipped within 48 hours. We will be in contact with you during this process to ensure that your item is completed and shipped in a timely matter.
Once your Shipping Rate will be generated at checkout. Rates will vary based on the size and weight of your item. We do not ship outside of United States (with exclusion of Alaska and Hawaii) at this time.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is an option for those who are located within this Wisconsin region.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the local delivery option. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with the shipment details.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your order must also be returned in it's original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
